1: What is Beyond Leadership?
The Beyond Leadership programme is Freedom Works UK’s elite coach/workshop leader training programme for participants who graduated from their Life Works Be Free Be A Leader programme and Leadership Empowerment Action and Performance (LEAP) programme, who now would like to gain further intensive training in how to deliver advanced level coaching/leadership training programmes using the methodology we have created with over 20 years of experience in the field of coaching.
The Beyond Leadership programme is divided into 3 x 12 month (yearly) segments.
The first 12 month segment is an apprentice training programme and a probationary period. These first 12 months are to see if we can actually work together and create an effective team and deliver our material to our clients.
After the first year’s probationary period is concluded if both parties agree we will engage in two further years of training. In our experience it takes at least three years of leading Life Works: Be Free, Be A Leader programmes to really get what coaching is all about and what this work is all about and also to be able to use it in your own life sufficiently to produce full and lasting major results in your life.
During this entire agreement you will be working with either Ken or Chris, who are senior trainers/coaches and directors of Freedom Works UK, as their partner learning on the job, in the job.

Ken Hettiarachi
Ken has been leading and perfecting Freedom Works UK programmes and coaching leaders for over 22 years and has a long history of coaching and training individuals, groups and organisations in producing unprecedented results in life, career and business.
Chris Hayes
Chris leads Freedom Works UK pubic speaking courses and co-leads the Life Works: Be Free, Be a Leader with Ken. He has over 6 years’ experience helping professionals find their voice and unlock their passion for public speaking and presentations. He has extensive experience of public speaking training and coaching people to go beyond their fears and accomplish the things that are most important to them.

We think it is possible for everyone to break free of whatever stops them and be powerful and effective in life by separating themselves out from their issues and circumstances and taking powerful purposeful action and getting support from someone who hold them accountable for producing consistent results beyond their comfort zone over time.
Developing Leaders with a purpose
Leadership to be free and decisive and take initiative in their own life and provide leadership to others and providing leadership as a coach/mentor. Take ownership and responsibility for one self and others who take a stand for making the world a better place to live.
4: Life Works: Be Free – Be a Leader Programme Context for delivery
The point of the programme:
- To give people distinctions and train them in using those to make their lives workable which creates a space of freedom.
- To expose the bankruptcy of existing mechanisms in giving people any real fulfilment or satisfaction and derail them purposefully enabling people to discover and live from a different set of mechanisms created by us (possibility, stand, integrity/workability, tolerance, leadership and management by results).
- To hold people accountable for creating fulfilling and lasting results.
- To enable people to give up “me, me, me” mode of operating and adopt “me & you” mode of operating.
- To enable people to really provide leadership to another person in the group. To learn “leadership” by taking a stand for a colleague beyond looking good or pity.

You have just completed Life Works: Be Free – Be a Leader and LEAP Programme, and you would like to work with us to further broaden your experience of this work and learn how to coach people as a skill or a career opportunity! We have created Beyond Leadership Programme to support you with this.
We are opening up an opportunity for you to master what we are doing from the point of view of a provider instead of a recipient alongside our directors Ken and Chris. This is an opportunity we are giving you over long term (3 years) – because that’s how long it will take you to master even at a minimum level what real coaching is to an advanced level.
